Purpose:

To report a case of cluster headache associated with secondary blepharospasm and its treatment
|

Methods:

Results:
|
A 37 year old lady was referred because of unilateral severe blepharospasm. She had history of severe headache in the some side of blepharospasm which had indices of cluster headache. Blepharospasm was treated with botulinum toxin but treatment of headache was challenging and at last responded to beta blockers and anti-psychotic medications.

Conclusion:
|
In secondary blepharospasm treatment of underling disease with spasm is essential.
|
