Study of changes in facility of accommodation and vergence, after visual training in computerized visual space

Methods:
|
90 eyes in young subjects(18-25 year-old) with normal binocularity were selected. First, the optometrist performed the basic optometric examinations, including visual acuity, computer refraction, dry retinoscopy , measuring accommodation facility and prism vergen . Based on the above obtained results, practiced over a period of 4 weeks in 5 training sessions with optosys.

Results:

Accommodation facility improved (4.7 cpm to 15.36 cpm) and vergence quantities changed especially in near distance.

Conclusion:
|
using systems based on computer software available to the public, Can be helpful for improving visual function
